Refunds and Amendments
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for change of mind or because you do not like the products. Products are customized at the customer's request and are non-refundable.
If the goods are received damaged or broken. We will arrange to send a replacement product with expedited shipping. We only ask that you share a picture of the damaged product so that we can share it with our service provider.
Since these are handcrafted products defined by hand, the shapes and texts may have minor imperfections. This feature is not considered by us as a production defect so it is not subject to reimbursement in this specific instance.
What if my product arrives damaged, or there is a fault?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible. We can only take over complaints submitted within 30 days after the customer receives the product.
