Before you ask
My breed isn't in the list. Can you still make it?
Mia's list has over 400 dogs, cats and horses. Start typing their breed and pick the closest match: you see the drawing of their silhouette before you pay, and you can change it until it looks like them.
What if their name is long?
The name is cut inside the silhouette, so the space depends on the breed. If a name is too long for that shape, Mia tells you right away and asks for a shorter one, before anything is made.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 7 and it arrives by December 23. Every piece is made to order and takes 13–16 days from your order to your door. We ship within the United States.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Every piece is made to order with your pet's shape and name, so we can't accept returns. That's why you see the exact design before you pay, and can change any answer in the chat until it's right.
For damage, breakage or loss, you can add our Lifetime Warranty for $15.
Can you ship it straight to the person I'm giving it to?
Yes. At checkout, enter their address as the shipping address. We ship within the United States.
