    If you can't find your pet or is a mixed breed, our artists will create a custom design for you!

    During the ordering process, you will come across a step where we ask you to select the breed. Please select the "NOT LISTED" option.

    After you have placed your order, our team will reach out to you to send a preview of your pendant. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the design before we proceed with production. Only after your approval will we move forward with creating your custom pendant.

    How long does it take to receive the order?

    Since this is custom jewelry handmade one by one, our lead time is maximum 15 days (Days of production + shipping)
