What materials do you use?
Each charm is painted freehand on premium top‑grain leather, hand‑cut, hand‑painted, and hand‑stitched using the traditional saddle‑stitch technique.
Is the paint durable? Will it fade, rub, or peel?
No! I use high-quality leather paints sealed with a protective finish to ensure long-lasting color and detail. The charm is made to be handled and cherished!
Can you create charms of other pets?
Absolutely! I can hand‑paint any pet: dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, even your bunny or iguana!
Do you offer returns, refunds, or post-delivery changes?
Each charm is a one-of-a-kind piece, lovingly hand-painted just for you. Because of the personalized nature of the work, all sales are final, and I’m unable to offer returns or refunds.
The charm reflects my artistic interpretation of the photo you provide, including colors, shading, and texture. So no changes can be made after it’s completed. I always do my best to capture your pet’s essence, so please make sure you're happy with the photo before I begin. If you have any doubts, feel free to message me. I’m here to help!
What kind of photo should I send?
To capture your pet’s personality and likeness, I kindly request aclear, front-facing photo of your pet’s face. Natural lighting and sharp focus really help bring out the details in the final painting.
How long will it take to receive my charm?
Production time is typically 3-4 weeks, depending on the volume of current orders.
Each charm goes through several steps: from design planning and hand-painting, to leather stitching, finishing, and careful packaging.
I personally handle every detail and accept a maximum of 5 custom orders per day to ensure the highest quality. Once ready, your charm is shipped using the best available local couriers, with tracking included.
What size is the charm?
